Bistrot Ai Due Cedri is the restaurant of Villa Condulmer

The name recalls the two spectacular cedars, one from Lebanon and one from Atlas, that stand at the entrance to the villa. These ancient and majestic trees have been certified by the Forestry Commission as part of our region’s landscape heritage.

Bistrot is a term of French origin, literally meaning a typical establishment serving wines, spirits, and food. In its modern meaning, the term has gained international recognition: a bistrot is a small restaurant, refined in its menu offerings, with a touch of local tradition.

Ai Due Cedri embodies exactly this image: a refined establishment yet nestled in a prestigious historical and artistic context: the marvellous Villa Condulmer, with its frescoes and its atmosphere of times gone by.

The menu is varied, well-balanced in its blend of traditional regional and national cuisine and at the same time bold experimentation with cooking techniques and presentation.
