Excursion along the waterways of the Sile between Venetian villas and ancient villages.<\/p>\n
Cycle path and quiet country lanes interrupted by numerous mills and patrician villas, heritage of ancient times, guardians of ancient traditions.<\/p>\n
Excursion regulated by the placid flow of the Sile near Treviso. A particular stop at the sources of the river, which flow from the subsoil. A restaurant stop in the villa, with traditional Venetian cuisine and back to the countryside to Badoere, particularly for its circular plaza with colonnade whose stop is a must.<\/p>\n
You return to Treviso for a visit to the “painted city” and a proper stop in the restaurant where the famous “tiramisu” dessert was born.<\/p>\n
The most trained can start from the Villa, otherwise after a very short transfer to Casier, on the river Sile, we can start the experience. We pass through Treviso and with a cycle path through the countryside we reach Villa Ca Marcello, with its splendid park that can be visited. We continue up the river Sile up to the natural area of the springs, of high geological value, where a stop is a must.<\/p>\n
Soon we will reach another Venetian Villa: Ca ‘Corner della Regina, now used as a hotel and restaurant. A moment to relax for lunch and set off again towards Badoere, an ancient village with a very interesting central square. For campaigns we return to Treviso, where we now visit the city and stop at the place where the “tiramisu ‘”, a typical dessert of Treviso known all over the world, was made and disseminated.<\/p>\n
You return to the starting point, visiting the characteristic abandoned river port, called \u201cBurci cemetery\u201d.<\/p>\n
Itinerary not difficult of about 48K with many interesting stops, on cycle paths and low traffic roads.<\/p>\n

Departure at 8.30am with bike shuttle and 9.00am with the bike from Casier, near Treviso. Arrival at Villa Ca Marcello for 10.30am, at the sources of the Sile for 12.00am and at the restaurant of Villa Ca Corner for 0.30pm.<\/p>\n
We set off to visit Badoere and arrive in Treviso around 4.00pm for a “tiramisu” tasting. Return to the villa 6.00pm<\/p>\n
Professional guide, bike and helmet, transfer shuttle, lunch in villa with drinks included. Bike for under 14, “camel” or trailer (under 4 years). Tiramisu ‘tasting.<\/p>\n
