A kaleidoscope of architectural works of the Venetian Renaissance on the banks of the Brenta River. The summer residences of the patrician families of the Republic of Venice form the backdrop for this elegant excursion. Villa Pisani, Scrovegni Chapel, Malcontenta villa and Padua for a full immersion in the elegant and sober landscape of the patrician gardens, matched by wine tasting and Venetian cuisine make this itinerary satisfying. The famous “cicchetti”, tastings of the kitchen on a slice of bread, with a good Malvasia or Friulian Verduzzo or Prosecco are a good reason to stop for rest.<\/p>\n
Transfer to Padua, departure of the bike tour, on saddle, with fast transit to Prato della Valle, Basilica del Santo and the historic center of Padua. Possibility of visiting the Scrovegni Chapel frescoed by Giotto. We leave the city along one of the “navigli” up to the river Brenta. Villa Pisani is revealed for its beauty, whose structure of Villa Veneta is almost a palace. Possibility of internal visit of the villa with frescoes by G.B. Tiepolo. We continue to meet other emotions, this time culinary in a restaurant of typical Venetian cuisine. After a well-deserved rest a gentle ride between majestic Venetian villas and ancient villages, to get to the “Malcontenta”, of Palladio, the last thrill and arrival of the bike tour<\/p>\n
Itinerary not difficult of about 44K with many interesting stops, on cycle paths and low traffic roads.<\/p>\n

Departure at 8.00am with bike shuttle and 9.00am with a bicycle from Padua. Arrival at Scrovegni Chapel 9.30am, we cross the city and on the path we reach Villa Pisani around 11.30. We start again on a cycle path in the green, to reach the restaurant at about 1.00 pm. Restart for a slow race of the last stretch of little distance to get to the Villa Palladiana “La Malcontenta”, where we find the shuttle for the return.<\/p>\n
